The Scrimshire Team consists of myself, with 44 years as a full time agent under my belt, and my daughter, Shawna Scrimshire-Boswell who was raised in the business, got her license 2004 to help me, while working 17 years with XTO/Exxon in the corporate world. Retiring from Exxon, she is now full time as my partner.
This has been my career and never a part time job for me. I have learned what to do and when to do it in all of the markets i.e. 16% interest rates in the late 70's and 80's, houses taking a year to sell, no financing for non conforming properties like raw land etc. and all the crazy markets in between. The good news is I can see the shifts coming. I have stayed in and thrived in all of it because of the critical thinking skills I learned along the way. I also learned from the best! Staying on top was not an accident. I had mentors that taught me how to think!
